This listing is for the Handmade Concrete Moai statute pictured.
I hand cast these concrete statues in my workshop and stain them using muriatic acid, copper and iron. When the staining process is completed the acid is neutralized and the piece is scrubbed clean and finished with a clear acrylic sealer. Each is a one of a kind because the stain on them is always unique. Note that sometimes the finish is smooth and sometimes they have a rough or textured patterned surface because of the etching effect of my acid staining process.It measures approximately 9.5\" tall and 4\" across and weigh approximately 3.5 lbs.
