*This beautiful Montblanc Limited Writers Edition fountain pen embraces stunning details that represent the author Alexandre Dumas who was one of the most important novelists and playwrights of the 19th century.

*The barrel is made of gorgeous marbled precious resin and gold plated mountings and inlays that are delicately engraved.

*The cap also has gold plated mountings with lovely feather engravings and the clip has Dumas\'s distinctive sword symbol down the side. GERMANY is marked on the very top of the clip mounting and the authors signature in gold decorates the top of the cap.

*The rhodium-plated 18k gold nib is delicately engraved with the fleur-de-lis and seems to be a larger size.

*The Montblanc website lists the launch 1996 and 15,000 fountain pens were made. 09255 / 20,000 N is discretely engraved at the top of the cap.

*Dumas wrote nearly 300 novels, including such classics as \"The Three Musketeers\" and \"The Count of Monte Cristo\".
