This LeGrand rollerball is reminiscent of the splendor of the czarist era. The cap is encased in genuine malachite, the stone of the Russian czars.The pen was produced in 1996, so to find a brand new piece from 19 years ago is quite splendid! This piece is very hard to find in the LeGrand rollerball trim, especially at this price!

This pen is comprised of green malachite toned resin, a stone favored by the Russian czars. The pinstriped body of the pen is gold plated over solid sterling silver and the cap is made of malachite toned resin with the signature white Montblanc star inlay on top and gold-plated sterling silver mountings. The serial number is engraved on the top clip band, along with \"Germany\" and \"Metal 2\". The pen has sterling and gold-plated hallmarks on the body.
