It is 22K Y/G over sterling silver. There is some tarnish/discoloration on the gold parts as pictured. The ink is running low so a new ink refill will need to be purchased separately. Sorry, the original case and papers are not included but we do guarantee that this is an authentic Montblanc pen. Don\'t miss out on this great buy!
