A lovely authentic 18K solid gold Montblanc Solitaire Meisterstuck ballpoint pen for sale. This pen is the older version made in West Germany in the 1980\'s and thus has no serial number on the ring of the clip. The pen contains three 750 hallmarks and the engravings W. Germany and Metal on the clip ring. Even though the clip is not hallmarked, it is 18K solid gold as there is no wear as would be seen with a gold plated version and a pen that is approximately 30 years old. The pen measures approximately 5.25 inches and weighs about 37 grams. Since this pen has been used, there are some minor dings on the barrel and the cap and light scratches and a scuff that could be professionally polished. The pen has a brand new refill and is ready to write. No box or papers. Selling in used, as-is condition.
