Montblanc black hard rubber 2 EF safety fountain pen. Correct what looks to have been a flexy \"Montblanc 2 (two in the 6 point logo) gold open nib and feed. One tip on the nib is gone so this is why the pen was laid aside and why it probably survived in such a good condition. Nib unit screws out nicely and retracts as it should. Nice color with the six point emblem on the top of the cap intact. Very nice barrel imprint \"Rouge Et Noir\" in arc over \"Original Pat Appl\" and the logo in a circle. Knurls on the cap end and pen end very nice. Excellent color with little in the way of oxidation. Pen end marked \"2 EF\". Tight knurling on the end of the pen shows light use marks. Nice old survivor.There are no chips,cracks or bite marks. There may be some fine white material on the penfrom the previous owners cleaning. Pen is sold as unrestored.
