The 1849E-W Limited Edition is inspired by the legendary California gold rush whichcreated thousands of individuals from the Eastern U.S. emigrating to Californiais search of gold and a better life. The story of this journey is traced on thebarrel and cap: the Pioneer\'s wagon trains give way to those of the goldprospectors, followed by the gradual colonization of the United States, theconstruction of the gold mines and the building of the railway (and thenDisneyland). Those last words were not in the booklet.
This is anExclusive Edition of only 156 that werereleased to the American market only. All of the SOLID STERLING SILVERengraving is done in low relief. This Very Limited Edition of only 156 has abeautiful white lacquer star on the top of the cap and lacquer blue and redstripes on the top of the cap.
