1) We Do Not set shipping rates, the U.S. Post Office does and we use USPS because they are usually cost less than other carriers. However, we will gladly explore other shipping options upon request.

2) We do combined shipping. We charge a $.50 Handling fee for one to two items in order to recoup the cost of shipping supplies (bubble wrap, tape, labels, boxes, etc.). We charge $.50 extra for each additional item starting with the third item.

3) If you’re not happy with your item for ANY reason, please send us an message before leaving response, star ratings, or opening an case. We’re humans and as such we occasionally make a mistake. ITEM DESCRIPTION - You are offerding on a very nice Mr. Christmas Holiday Skaters. It is an 1890 victorian ice skating scene, 5 figures gracefully skate around an icy pond as the music plays. It plays 50 great songs: 25 Christmas carolsand 25 classic tunes. It has been tested and everything is in working order. All the parts and paperwork are included.
