For your consideration in this sale is an Antique Mother of Pearl style Vase in the Diamond Lattice pattern. It has a seldom seen Square rim that is slightly flared outward. The base has a smooth ground concave pontil scar and the base rim is also smooth ground. The top of the rim was ground and polished as well. The exterior glass is cranberry in color and the interior is a yellow/white color. The interior is optically active and fluoresces as much or more than Vaseline glass. (see last pics)The vase measures 4 3/4 inches tall 3 1/2 inches in diameter and the top is 2 3/8 inches square. No chips cracks or other damage has been found.
