This is a Alfa viridis californicus (California Green Fairy), found deceased in 2010, Big Sur, California.
The fairy is surrounded by magical flora (death lily) and is resting in peace holding a smaller lily.
The lid is adorned with two entwined skulls.

This assemblage is fragile and should be handled delicately (not a toy). The lid should not be turned by holding the skulls, even though that looks like their purpose.

The glass bottle is approximately 10 inches tall with a maximum diameter of 6 inches. The weight of entire assemblage is about 2 pounds, 9 ounces.
