Koch is an American author and philanthropist. She is the daughter of the 41st President of the United States George H. W. Bush and former First Lady Barbara Bush, and the youngest sibling of George W. Bush, the 43rd President. Do I Get A COA?

I could print out some generic COA, but to be honest, these days, COAs are pretty much worthless. When buying autographs, you should trust the seller\'s reputation over a piece of paper.
