This sale is for an ORIGINAL WWI US Model 1910 Mess Kit Manufactured by Rock Island Arsenal IN 1910! This is a very rare find as M1910 mess kits manufactured the very same year are SCARCE! This one is marked \"US R.I.A. 1910\" and all markings remain clear and easy to read. This onewas manufactured by the Rock Island Arsenal in 1910 and shows only light signs of age, wear and use. This mess kit is in VERY GOOD CONDITION and is Clearly Named to Victor Allen with the number \"44\" stamped in threeplaces around the name. One appears to read\"I-44.\" The Name and numbers are stamped into the interior bottom of the mess kit tray and remain very clear and easy to read. This mess kit is complete and only has a few dings to the bottom that are visible in the photos. This mess kit is Guaranteed Original and Unaltered!Overall it displays extremely well and will make an excellent addition to your collection.
