To return a purchase, we suggest using a trackable service like Registered Post through Australia Post and purchase Insurance for item(s) over $100 otherwise we can\'t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

All returns will be inspected by our jeweller before a refund is processed to ensure an item has been unworn, undamaged, made to order and unaltered (including resize). Once the return has been processed we will notify via email of your refund. We will refund you in the same tender used to pay for the original order, excluding any delivery and insurance charges, within 14 business days of receiving your returned item.

Items found to be worn, used, scratched, damaged, altered (including resize), custom made will not be refunded and will be returned to sender.
