NAVAL TURBINES A revised 1949 edition published in 1950 by the UNITED STATES NAVAL INSTITUTE, ANNAPOLIS, MAYLAND. Contains highly detailed information regarding the building and maintenance of ship motors. In the back of the book there are eleven or so fold-out diagrams of turbines from destroyers, aircraft carriers, etc. A remarkable resource. Has some condition issues: the covers have some wear and tear, and a few abrasions. The top of the spine is frayed. The flyleaf is stamped: \"RETURN TO U. S. NAVAL CORRESPONDENCE COURSE CENTER SCOTIA, N. Y. 12302,\" and \"NROTC UNIVERSITY OF TEXAS.\" The interior is very good overall.
