We aim to keep our postage costs to a minimum, however, the cost that Royal Mail charge for their service is out of our hands. Free post options will be sent out 2nd class or other unless over £25 then they are sent out via tracked mail.
Please note that free postage options can take between 3 - 5 working days delivery time therefore if a speedy service is required please select one of the other options.
For Special Delivery within the UK Royal Mail charge £6.50
For International items will be dispatched via Signed for only due to items going astray during shipping. Postage costs from £9.99 depending on weight.
We do give postage discounts for multiple purchase, but please email us before you make a payment so we can amend your invoice to reflect the discount. If you have already paid we cannot amend your invoice.
In the event that an item should go missing after it has been dispatched Royal Mail have advised they will investigate a claim only after 15 working days from the date of dispatch. After this time has elapsed we will claim against Royal Mail for the loss, and send out a replacement, or it not in stock, we will refund your payment.
