NEW 2013 RYEDALE AUTOMAXX COPPER PENNY SORTER with PWM SPEED CONTROL and COUNTER:
$599.00

NEW FOR 2013 FROM RYEDALE COIN

THE NEW RYEDALE AUTOMAXX SORTER

SORTS CENTS AT OVER 400 COINS PER MINUTE, 430 to 450 is common I\'ve seen 470 and even one at 480. WOW. At 450that\'s27000 coins per hour with a flawless run. Can youimagineprocessing about $250 dollars worth of pennies per hour? 10 boxes!!! OK word of warning...don\'t bank on that though, as there are bent and gummy coins that jam the machine from time to time. No worries...the Ryedale sorter shuts off automatically, and waits for you.

Just got the following response on Feb 18th...

Andy,

The 2nd unit is working great as well!! It was worth every penny!!! I am burning thru $1000s of dollars with the two units running and not having to worry about 21

Got my new 2013 Ryedale AUTOMAXX Yesterday, all I can say is wow!Ran over $1000 FV in the last 24 hrs with no problem, I\'m averaging about 26% CU in my areaOnly got one problem, like other Ryedale users.....I need more coins Nice job Andy, and thanks for the fast shipping, and the bundled canvas bags were a nice plus tooAnyone invested in the 2013 Ryedale AUTOMAXX, you will not be sorry, Andy has them on , but I didn\'t see them on his site yet.Love the counters, and the auto stop and 25% faster output. I got it turned all thee way up and this thing flies, I can\'t unwrap coin fast enough to feed it!B.

NEW MICRO CONTROLLER for AUTOMATIC SHUT OFF

STOPS THE COIN FEEDERIMMEDIATELY IF A COIN JAMS ON THE IN-FEED CHUTE

BENT, DIRTY,STICKY, GLUED, IT DOESN\'T MATTER, SHUTS OFF WITHIN 1/2 SECOND.

ALSO SHUTS OFF WHEN THE HOPPER EMPTIES OUT.

NEW RE-SETTABLE 2 CHANNEL COUNTER KEEPS TRACK OF YOUR PROGRESS.

NEW PWM SPEED CONTROL KEEPS COINS FLOWING OVER 400 PER MINUTE.

This is the greatestinnovationsince starting in 2006. You can now sort copper from zinc pennies at over 400 coins per minute. The best part of this...the ability to move away from your Ryedale... and know if the hopper empties out, or if a bent, or dirty coin jams on the In-Feed chute, themicro controllerimmediately shuts off thecoin feeder, no mess, no cross-contamination of yourcopper from your zinc.

This inovation frees up your attention for other activities.
Fill up the hopper, and walk away. NO ATTENTION REQUIRED. You can befocused onother activities, such as, looking for Wheat\'s, send an email, call a customer, get a beverage, unwrap some rolls, return that zinc, bag off some copper, bury some in the backyard, , it doesn\'t matter, you\'re free. Fill up the hopper with unsorted coins, set up your catch bins, click on the master switch, and walk away. The PWM speed control also allows you to add extra extension hoppers to your unit, without fear of damaging your feed motor. This package includes 2 extension hoppers, which will hold about $21 total, but you could easily run 4. This would allow you to load about $35 dollars (Face) of mixed unsorted cents.

This unit will really make it possible to run multiple machines in a large scale commercial or industrial operation. Your time is valuable and the new AUTOMAXX processing over 400 coins per minute, allows faster processing of bulk coin for commercial applications

I\'ve experimented and gotten response from my commercial customers, we\'ve found that if you get more than 2 regular machines running at one time, it can become too \"busy\" trying to feed 3 machines, deal with the sorted coins, and packaging off your sorted coins, especially if a machine empties out or if one gets jammed, and the coins start flying all over. Not fun.

This is really geared towards the large scale operation so the price is of course higher. Basically with the controller, it\'s like getting an extra person helping you in your sort area. This innovation has been very well received so far. I will of course still offer many other models below this price point available for much less.

If you buy a regular \"Apprentice\" Ryedale without this feature, keep in mind they can be upgraded later on, it would require a trip into Ryedale Enterprises after we negotiate a price.

Existing Ryedale owners with any \"Apprentice\" style unit can also upgrade for a fee. This upgrade will not fit on any other \"brand\" of sorter. It is specifically designed for Ryedale Sorters ONLY. sorry. :( No I cannot customize other grey market or copies.

This package includes the machine as pictured, plus the following items.

Dri-Slide lubricant

Two Extension Hoppers

One extra Feed Wheel for pennies and nickels

One 10X Inspection Loupe

One Wiha Instrument Screwdriver for Sensitivity Adjustment

ALSO INCLUDES 50 used PLAIN, US MINT, or Bank Marked Canvas Bank Coin Bags to store your hoard. See my other items for examples of the bags.

please email me or contact me through if you have questions about the sorter.

response FROM YEARS OF SELLING THE APPRENTICE UNIT, WHICH IS STILL AVAILABLE...I just opened my Ryedale last night. I stayed up til 3am going through $475 worth of pennies. I was in awe at the machines performance. I took back the zincs and got another $550 worth of pennies from a couple banks this morning. I will be going through them tonight. That\'s going to be $1025 worth of pennies in about the first 24 hours of use. It is the best thing I have ever bought and I will definitely be looking at getting another one if I can get enough banks lined up to sell me their pennies from their style=\"TEXT-ALIGN: center; MARGIN: 0in 0in 10pt\" class=\"MsoNormal\" align=\"center\">RYEDALE SORTER™ ©2013

Here are a few Testimonials from our customers….

*Andy,
I just wanted to take a second to thank you for designing a great machine. I am very happy with my purchase and it has been running great. I have run about 2k FV through it since I got it and I have not had any problems with it yet. The only issues I ever have with it are my own fault. Slide jams from little pieces of plastic from the string box rolls or waiting too long to use the Dri-Slide. So thank you again I wish you the best of luck with your product line.

Paul

*“Wow. This thing is fast. I could hardly keep up with it. I dumped two rolls into it, turned it on and started cracking and dumping into the hopper as fast as I could. At the end of the box there were maybe 60 coins still in the hopper. 5 stars to Andy for such a great design on a simple idea.”

*“Ran a stop watch for a box. 7:52.7 for 2500 pennies. Works out to a hair over 19,000 an hour. This thing is a rocket on my desk.

*“I haven\'t been so fascinated with a device since I bought a turn-of-the-century (the LAST one) Parke-Davis encapsulator twenty years ago. The encapsulator made more impressive noises, but man, this Ryedale rocks. After work Friday I brought home nine boxes, sorted them all, then returned $150 in zincs this morning (yeah--on a Saturday!). One of my favorite tellers said--I swear--\"So you want six boxes?\" Sorted those when I got back home. Simply an amazing machine….”

*“Thank you, Thank you, Thank you!
Your machine rocks. I could not be happier with it. I just wish that I had ordered one earlier. Thank you again!!
-Austin

*\"Hey Andy, I\'ve received the new hopper, and so far it works like a dream. Thank you very much for such quick concise help. Now I\'m back to sorting and my biggest problem is having enough pennies on hand. Thanks again!-Jason

*\"Hi Andy,
Just wanted to say thanks! Received my machine and started using her already. Thanks for great service and a great product!\"
-Kevin

*\"Andy, I appreciate the quick ship. Already notified from FedEx. I already ordered the Dri-Slide from Iron Braid.\"
-Mike

*HolyCow! This thing rocks! Andy, I\'m blown away by this thing. I can\'t fill it with rolled pennies fast enough to keep up with it. I\'m trying to find out if I can get bagged pennies instead of rolled, but geez--unbelievable.
I set the thing up, a bit of searching for where to plug in the power supply (by the switch--duh), put it on the edge of a workbench, put a little cart under it with a couple of bins, and add some pennies from a few rolls.
Right away, I\'m certain something\'s wrong. I\'m getting 2/3 of the coins in the \"copper\" side. That can\'t be right.
I grab a handful of those coins. Yep, all 1982 or earlier. That\'s strange.
I add another 10 rolls of pennies. Most are falling in the copper side. There\'s GOT to be something wrong.
Well, there isn\'t--it works amazingly. It just turns out that in a bag of $50 in pennies (in rolls), I had a remarkable 69.9 percent of coppers.
I know I won\'t get that yield over time, but sheesh.
It\'s well-engineered, well put together, and works like a bandit. What\'s not to like?
Got to run--I\'ve got another 180 rolls to break and feed the beast. Now I need to figure out a faster way to get those pennies unrolled. :)
Thanks again.
-Mike

Warranty of the Ryedale Sorter™ and Associated Parts

©2013

Generally, people are honest...and I strive to support my machine, unfortunately I have to add some disclaimers

Ryedale Coin reserves the right to decline warranty on parts base on inspection of the device or associated parts. In most cases, warranty parts in question must be sent in for inspection. 90 Days on the Feeding Hopper against factory defects. This excludes normal wear/tear parts such as the feed wheel, the Coin Cup, the insert plate, or the SnP assembly. These noted parts are like brake shoes on your car and will wear out with use.

1 year on the Discriminator (comparator) device against Factory Defects. Misuse of or alteration of the comparator device, or changes from the original factory configuration will void the warranty.

“Wrong Power Supply” failures additionally void the Warranty. Failure is very easily determined by testing thePCB of the Comparator. Do not use improperly engineered power supplies and this should not happen.

Lifetime Warranty on the Sheet metal base against Corrosion and paint failure.

90 Days on the Power Management Board. Misuse or impact breakage voids this warranty.

1 Year on Factory Supplied Power Supply, Power supply needs to be returned for inspection.

LifetimeGuarantee of theInfeed Chute and Infeed Holder to the Original Purchaser of a MODEL and Serial Numbered Machine.

If your Chute or Holder breaks, Ryedale Coin will replace them free of charge. Machine owner is responsible for the shipping to and from Ryedale Enterprises. I will require the old broken ones for inspection and will ship out new upon their arrival and inspection. Shipping and handling of the chute is the responsibility of the buyer. (They are small so they are very inexpensive to mail back to Ryedale Enterprises)
