Eight \"send\" channels feature female XLR connectors located in the rugged steel stage box, each labeled and numbered to correspond with eight male XLR connectors on the opposite end of the cable. Intended to feed mic and instrument signals to a remote mixing board.

Four \"return\" channels provide male XLR connectors in the stage box, each labeled and numbered to correspond with four female XLR connectors on the opposite end of the cable. Intended for mixer output to drive powered monitors or stage located amplifiers.
