Domestic Shipping: We attempt to ship all items immediately upon receipt of payment. Many items are shipping the same day and all within 24 hours of payment. Tracking numbers are provided for all shipments. We ship FREE via USPS Priority mail to all U.S. customers and combine shipping on all orders.

International Shipping: We us the Global Shipping Program. For customers in countries not included in this program you pay $25 for USPS Priority International mail WHERE AVAILABLE.

If USPS Priority International service is not available in your country, we reserve the right to ship using First Class International service at the same cost to you or to cancel the sale all together with a full refund to you. We do exclude some countries all together due to unavailable USPS service.

RETURNS

We use the Return Program. This makes returns simple and easy for you and us.

Go to the item you want to return in your Purchase History. Under Actions select “Return Item”. You will be get a message from letting you know that a postage label will be emailed to you soon. Print it out and stick to your return. Thats it!

IMPORTANT: We will accept returns ONLY IF ALL OF THE FOLLOWING CRITERIA ARE MET!!

1)The buyer must return the item with in fourteen(14) days of postage date. NO EXCEPTIONS TO THE FOURTEEN DAY RULE.

2) The frame must be in original condition and in original packing along with original case, cleaning cloth, and any other items shipped with the frame.

3) The buyer is responsible for all shipping cost in returning the item. Upon receipt and inspection we will issue a refund less a restocking fee of 20%. Original shipping cost are not refundable.

It is these eyeglass manufacturers that are making your eyeglasses and not the fashion name brand on them. These manufactures have multiple facilities in multiple parts of the world including but not limited to Italy, China, US, Slovenia, and Japan. Just because your glasses don\'t say \"Made in Italy\" does not mean they are not authentic and of poor quality. Some manufacturers actually make some frame styles within a name brand line from a different location than other frame styles within the exact same name brand line.

If you want to question the quality and authenticity of our products, please don\'t buy them. We only buy from legitimate sources and we only sell authentic, new and unused products. If you don\'t believe us, then go to your local retail store and buy from them.
