NEW Custom Deli 8\' Meat Carving Station- Cold Well, Bun Warmer
This is a brand new Custom Deli DILW8 8\' meat carving station with overhead Quartz warming lights, digital controllers, drop in Delfield heated section, drop in Delfield 8118-EF one section cold well, Toastmaster 3B80A 2-drawer pull out warmer, dry storage compartment, and front, sides, and top sneezegaurd. This was manufactured in 10/2016 and cost over $30,000! This unit is 3 Phase, 120/208 Volt. We currently have two of these identical stations available. Perfect for any style buffet, event center, restaurant, or grocery store. This was manufactured with the highest quality components and no expense was spared when this station was built.

If you\'re looking at the station from the back, the top far right is a Delfield drop-in heated section, then going to the left, there are (3) cutting board stations with overhead digitally controlled Quartz heaters, and then on the far left is a one section drop-in Delfield 8118-EF cold well. The inside top not only has heated Quartz lamps but also fluorescent lights for excellent lighting. In the back center of the unit is a two drawer Toastmaster 3B80A bun warmer. You\'ll see this bun warmer has settings for \"Crispy\" and \"Moist\" and also has a solid state temperature control with settings 0-10, while also having a solid state thermometer. With the cold well you can present salads, fruits, desserts, or more! Just this drop in Delfield 8118-EF is $2993.00! The Toastmaster 3B80A alone is also $1945.00! Also, on the back bottom far right is a 2-drawer sliding dry storage compartment with an all stainless steel interior. This entire station is NSF Rated.
