Customer service is a priority at CoutureClosets, if for any reason you do not love your purchase, return your item within 14 days for money back, minus shipping fees. If you choose the Free Shipping option, the original shipping fees will be deducted from the purchase price.

Original packaging, manufacturer\'s containers, documentation, warranty or authenticity cards, manuals and/or all accessories must be included and undamaged in the return. The CoutureClosets security tag must be intact and still attached to the item. We reserve the right to return any item that does not meet the above conditions.

Customers are responsible for returning the item to us. We highly recommend using a shipping service such as UPS, Fedex or USPS with TRACKING & INSURANCE.

Once we receive your returned package, you will be sent an email notifying you that we have received your return. Please note: we will contact you through the Message System. Credit will be placed (less shipping) on the original form of payment within 7 business days of receipt.
