Amber Violin Bottle most likely 117 years old. Others in this same item date to 1910 so we suspect this is an original from that same time. No chips or defects except usual defects typical of hand blown glass. There is no threaded design on this item at the top of the bottle. Probably meant to be sealed with a cork or other sealing method. Appears to be from the same mold as other bottles of this size 7 1/2\" tall. There is no indication of maker or trademark on the bottom of the bottle. Perhaps the maker boot legged not only the liquor but the making of the bottle as well if that was its intended use, because it looks so similar to others that have the D trade mark on the bottom. Tag on back is our internal reference number 128.
