This is a copy of the well known Hassidic book NOAM ELIMELECH printed of all places in Germany. No date. How do I know? As you can see from the lower part of the title pages, the place of publication was in the American occupied German zone of Parenwald. This would be some time between 1945 and 1948.

This book is also known as a good luck charm and a fire insurance policy. I am sure it certainly helped the owners who once survied the terrible events of the Shoa!
