Northwood antique amethyst Hearts and Flowers carnival glass compote.Circa..app. 1910Excellent condition.No chips, cracks or repairs.The base is excellent.. you see a intact air bubble inside the glass. Not damage .All pictures taken outdoors in natural light.
Please note air bubbles, straw marks, minor wear, grit ,dye runs, flea bites uneven glass or webbing are all to be expected in old 100 year old carnival glass and is not considered damage, Just part of the process of making inexpensive glass that was commonly sold in the old dime stores. Given away as promotions at theaters and carnivals and so on.
