This is an original, older aftermarket accessory, 1949-50 Chevy NOS Dual Electric Windshield Wiper Kit. Nice looking condition, couple tiny scratches in wiper towers. Looks to be mostly complete, but may be missing a smaller piece or two, ie: nut/bolt/washer etc.This would also use some of the original equipment off of the car.
