These bumpers are illuminated when the track power is on under them, and are authentically detailed in molded plastic and is easy to install.This item is new and ready for your layout and of course includes the original instruction sheet. These bumpers can be used for both 0 and 027 track. Boxes are in great shape but do have original price sticker. The bumpers you receive have never been out of box.
