Parker Vacumatic Major Set W/ 14K Nib - Restored/Stickered & Un-inked Item DescriptionParker Vacumatic with crisp Parker barrel imprint and date code of 6 - 3 dots (1st qtr of 1946). Solid black cap has oneoriginal \"no F.E. Tax\" sticker and shows no wear beyond micro scratching. Perfect Blue Diamond and solid black jewel. Plating is excellent except for thin line of brassing on the two side edges of the clip and a couple of small spots on the clip ball. Not noticeable without a loupe. 3rd generation Vacumatic with black top plastic plunger. Black celluloid barrel has great color with only slightly ambered, butamazing barrel clarity. Plastic surface is glossy with minimal desk/use wear. Standard size measures5 1/16\"capped. Does not post securely.Beautifulmono-toned 14K Parker arrow nib with correct date code of 6 is a fine/firm. Except for replacing the vacumatic sac, have left this un-inked pen as found. Pen is readyfill andwrite for another68plusyears.Mechanical pencil barrel tip turns to propel and retract lead perfectly. Perfect match to the fountain pen with correct 6 - 2 dots date code (2nd qtr 1946), black jewel, and cap band.
