I used to hang out at Nudie\'s just about every other Saturday to marvel at the hundreds of great glamour photos on the walls of all the celebrities Nudie Cohn outfitted: Elvis in his famous shiny gold suit (used on the cover of Elvis\' \"50,000 fans can\'t be wrong!\" album, the style later copied by Rod Stewart on his album cover), John Lennon, John Wayne, Cher, all the glittering cowboy & cowgirl singers, and even Presidents. Nudie even did the lighted suit worn by Robert Redford in the movie, \'The Electric Horseman\'. Mrs. Nudie, Bobbie Cohn, was always so nice and patient with me while I asked her the prices of the wonderful handmade western items. It usually took me several weeks before I could raise the money for my next purchase, belt buckles to jackets! Finally, I bought these 6-foot long steer horns right off the wall at Nudie\'s, they were hanging way up high over the cash register.
