RETURN POLICY, INSTRUCTIONS ANDINFORMATION

MEASUREMENTS

THE MEASUREMENTS USED TO DESCRIBE MYITEMS COME DIRECTLY FROM THE DESIGNER.If you are looking for a specific size bag or have size considerations pleaseask me to provide you with actual measurements. Since the designer designed andmanufactured the item I feel they have better knowledge of the itemsmeasurements. I have a very large inventory and it is time consuming to measureeach and every item.

My pictures should give you some idea of thehandbags design, if it’s small on the bottom and larger on the top the DESIGNERSusually use the LONGEST measurement across the handbag as the LENGTH. Same goesfor the HEIGHT and DEBTH. The longest measurement is typically used by theDESIGNERS to describe their items.

REGARDING NEW VERSUS PRE OWNED ITEMS:

Although we mostly carry brand new items, we dooccasionally have items that are pre-owned or may have some defect. In thosecases, I will photograph and describe to the best of my ability, all defects.It would be impossible to explain every minor imperfection. I do alwaysdisclose any obvious significant marks or flaws. Please read all of thedescription and look at all the photos before deciding if a previous owned itemis for you. I make every effort to completely and accurately describe each itembut the description is based on my opinion.
