This is a brand new Guess bracelet set of two different bracelets in mainly silver-tone metal finish. One is made up of a black or gunmetal (hematite tone) mesh metal material with silver metal sliding link with the GUESS logo engraved in black enamel. The second bracelet is in silver-tone metal finish with a clear rhinestone heart charm. The bracelets can be worn together or mixed and matched. They are GUESS style number292480-21. This information along with the UPC code is on the back of the GUESS card that is attached to the bracelet set. The bracelet is brand new, has never been worn and has the tag attached. I have contacted several of the countries that I ship to for more information. They tell me that the decision is solely at the discretion of the receiving country\'s post. I do combine shipping on two or more items purchased. For combined shipping on 2 or more items, it is full shipping price for the first or largest item. For each additional item purchased, the shipping cost is $1.00 (or less) for each item purchased after the first or heaviest item. The shipping on the first or largest of the items is charged full price and then each additional item is charged $1.00 or less, shipping cost per additional item purchased. If the amount of shipping charged is more than the flat rate of shipping then that method will be used for shipping and any difference will be refunded back to the customer’s pay pal account.

Additional handbags, wallets, sunglasses & other larger items are a bit more due to size & weight.Boxed jewelry items are a little more as the box requires a larger package and they weigh a bit more. If you want the item shipped without the box, I can reduce the shipping cost. Just let me know before you make the final payment. Most jewelry orders are shipped *USPS 1st Class Mail & *USPS 1st Class International mail because it is the lowest possible price available. For US customers, a delivery confirmation number is available with this service. For international customers, a customs id number is available & a copy of the customs form is kept on file with your order details along the receipt from my local post office for proof of shipment. These numbers will also be in Pay Pal so you can see that your item has been accepted at my local post office & has been shipped.

Also available for US shipments is the USPS Priority Mail Small Flat Rate Box or Small Flat Rate Padded Envelope for $6.25. The packages are the same cost no matter how many items are in them or how much they weigh. If it fits then it ships for $6.25 for all US shipments. For Canada, the cost is $23.55. For all other international shipments, the cost is $33.75. The small flat rate box measures approximately 8\" x 5\" x 1 1/2\" in size, the envelope measures 9 1/2\" inches by 12 1/2\" inches. I have other sizes and options for flat rate boxes available for both US & International customers as well. I also offer US Express Mail & Global Express International Mail upon request. Shipping exclusions:

I will no longer be shipping to Russia/Russian Federation due to the high volume of fraudulent claims being filed. I have been advised by the USPS to not ship there unless the item is shipped via USPS Priority Mail, International. Since I can no longer insure any package this country, I will not be able to ship any other way. So, if you live in the Russian Federation please understand that I have no other choice in this matter, I can ship using USPS Priority Mail International, which costs $31.30. I will ship order using this method to the Russian Federation or any other country that is not on my current shipping register.

Notice: I do not ship to the following countries unless you are in the US Military then I will ship FREE to your APO address. Please email me so I can set the purchase options up for you. The excluded countries include: Bahrain, Cyprus, Iraq, Iran, Italy, Jordan, Kuwait, Lebanon, Libya, Malta, Oman, Qatar, Russia/Russian Federation, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, & Yemen.Please contact me if you are in the military stationed in one of these countries. Delivery Time Frames:

Please keep in mind that I have no control over how long it takes an order to arrive to any given state or country. For US customers, 1st Class Mail items should arrive with 3-5 days unless you are in a rural area & then it could take an extra day or so. USPS Priority Mail advertises as 2-3 day delivery, but this is not guaranteed, especially during a holiday season or if you live in a rural area. There have been several occasions that orders have arrived the next day. The average shipping time is usually 3 days from the day I ship.

International orders are very difficult to give a delivery time frame due to the fact that every country varies in how international packages are processed through customs. Please keep in mind that the average delivery time for most international orders is 2-3 weeks, unless there is a postal holiday, and then it can run a little longer. The USPS does not count Saturdays, Sundays & Holidays as business or shipping days.

Please note that if your item is held for customs fees/tariffs and you do not go pick it up, it is recorded by as refused and they will not refund you for a package left in customs and not acknowledged. I will gladly accept a return of an order if you don\'t want to pay the tariffs. But you will need to request your post office to return to sender. I have no way of knowing which packages will be held. It is rare but it does happen. If you file a dispute with or Pay Pal and the item is returned because you did not accept it due to these customs charges, will not refund you. I found this out with a customer who refused to pick up her order and claimed it was lost. All she had to do was ask it be returned to sender and I would have refunded her in full when it came back to me. Postal systems in Canada, France, Germany, Brazil, the UK and Australia and a few others document all packages with customs fees and they are labeled when they return to me as to why they were returned. The United States Postal Service also documents this process from beginning to end.

The USPS will not deem an item lost until 28 business days have past, (weekends and holidays are not included in this time frame). After that they will run a trace on packages reported as lost in transit. The trace can take 48-72 hours to produce results. If the package is deemed lost, I will refund your pay pal account & send you a cancellation request. Some countries are notorious for taking a long time to process a package in customs and release it for delivery. I do not like to ship to these countries for that reason. If you live in one of the countries, please do not take offense. I will still ship there but I want you to be aware that I have no control over a country\'s customs & how they process international orders. Malta, Cyprus, and Greece are the worst for taking a very long time to process through customs. Recently, Malta has gotten better at the delivery rate but most of my experiences with these countries have been a delivery time frame of 4-6 weeks. On some occasions, orders have arrived in 2 weeks or less. It all comes down to the number of packages to be processed is and the customs procedure is for the receiving country.

I have spoken to different posts for different countries but I have not been able to find out any set guidelines for what items will be held for customs fees or tariffs. Order Processing and Shipping Notifications:

I ship all over the world with the exceptions listed above. I ship 6 days a week so your order will be shipping within 24 hours of payment being received with the exception of Saturdays and Sundays. My post office is open 9:00 am to 4:30 pm Monday-Friday and 9:30 am to 11:30 am on Saturdays. (Closed on Sundays and all Postal Holidays) I ship in the morning and afternoon so if I get your payment before 2:00 pm, your order should go out the same day. I pay for and print out the shipping labels through so you can track your order from payment to delivery. Because I do ship using for creating shipping labels, you will get an email with the tracking number on it when I create the label. Please be sure you have the correct address on file with as the address exports from your account to the shipping label. This is to ensure compliance with ‘s buyer protection.Once the email has been sent to you, please allow up to 48 hours for the number to show up on the USPS website. Sometimes the Postmaster will scan them in as I hand them in, other times when they are very busy, they will hand scan them after hours.
