A. You have three daysto pay me from the time that I send you your invoice. If there is aproblem and you can\'t pay within that period of time, please let meknow and we\'ll see what we can work out! Q. How often do youship?

A. We ship every dayMonday through Friday! The only exceptions to that will be holidaysfor which the post office is closed. We typically check at 7 am CSTevery morning to see what items we need to ship that day and thenprocess them for packaging.

Q. Will you combine items forshipping?

A Yes! You may combine amaximum of 3 days worth of purchases to buyers within the US only! Iwill do my best for international buyers, but it will depend on theweight of the item.

A. Yes! I do shipinternationally, but unfortunately I cannot offer free shipping to myinternational customers. However, what I can do is combine certainitems so that you only have to pay for one package. I would highlyrecommend you contact me (BEFORE offerDING) so I can give you anestimate and I can let you know whether your items are \"combinable\".

Q. Who is responsible forcustoms/tariff and duty fees?

A. International buyers areresponsible for all fees! Please note the following:

Importduties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price orshipping charges. These charges are the buyers responsibility. Pleasecheck with your country\'s customs office to determine what theseadditional costs will be prior to offerding/buying. These charges arenormally collected by the delivering freight (shipping) companyaccording to your country\'s customs and duties requirements. Do notconfuse them for additional shipping charges. Wedo not mark merchandise values below value or mark items as gifts-USand International government regulations prohibit such behavior.

Although we ship promptly, wecannot control postal service or customs delays for internationalshipping. PLEASE ALLOW AT LEAST 3 WEEKS TO DELIVER

Q. Do you accept returns?

A. Yes, we do accept returns undercertain conditions. We will take returns for 14 days from the time weship the item to you. If you need to return an item, you need tocontact us to let us know that you will be returning it to us andwhy. Item must be returned in the same condition as when we shippedit to you. Buyer is responsible for paying the return postage andwill be charged a 20% restocking fee. Money will be returned in theform it was given upon receipt of the item, minus the seller\'sshipping costs and 20% restocking fee.
