All our clothes are new with tags and are all Retail unless otherwise noted. If they they are outlet it will say outlet before that name of the item. I DO NOT shop outlet however I did one time so therefore there are a couple left from that one trip. All my shipping is free and my prices are that as marked. I will not go in my store and change prices for anyone that sends me messages asking me to take lower prices. This is not fair for the people that have been watching the listings for the sales. I do run sales periodically so just check back often you never know whats going to be on sale at any given time or sign up for my newsletter and you will be notified when a sale is about to start. I do get a ton a messages daily but I also list daily and with a family of 7 I am a very busy Mom so I will get back to you as soon as I can. I try to resolve any issues or mishaps immediately but sizing and other random questions may have to wait until my kiddos are in bed. I know your shipping will probably be wrong, please just wait for me to re-send out an invoice to you with the correct amount. If you have paid already please don\'t panic you will get a shipping refund after I print your shipping label. I do not keep the extra money that is your money not mine. Also if you want a quote before you purchase just ask it\'s not a problem I will give you one. However what I won\'t do is give a quote to a wholesale International dealer....I will not even answer the messages that comes to me \"How much for everything\" Just letting you know now, this is a waste of my time but thank you anyway! This has been almost like a message scam and I wish would stop it! It bulks up our inbox and it really makes it take lonnger for us sellers to get to the buyers that have serious questions.
I do take my response extremely seriously so please please I ask before you leave a nuetral or negative please get in touch with me so I can do all I can to fix the problem and make you happy so at least you can rate me on the outcome vs the beginning. Everyone makes mistakes it\'s how we handle them that can make a world of difference. I am here for you and strive for 5 star customer service 100% of the time. With that said I know I can\'t make everyone happy but I sure will try my best! :)PICTURESIf for any reason you are having a hard time seeing any of my pics please let me know and I will post more. I had all stock photos (the ones most people use) but completely shut me down last summer and it is taking me almost a year to get back up and running again which is why you will see tons of old lines being posted. Taking pics of over 100,000 pieces is very time consuming plus keeping up with the newer lines. Using the stock photos is against Gymboree policy and they are shutting sellers down so even with the Nikon I have my pics still arent perfect so message me anytime if you would like to see more.
