USPS Priority Mail- $8.95 for shipping/handling for the first item and NO CHARGE for each additional item that ships together. This amount includes a delivery confirmation upgrade so the package can be tracked if needed. It also covers insurance in the event that the package gets lost in transit and it isn\'t our fault. Transit time= 2-3 days avg.

We will make other shipping arrangements if specifically requested

International Shipping:

RETURN POLICY We want to ensure that you are extremely happy with your purchase. Please contact us if you have any questions. We will respond to any questions.

We will accept exchanges within the first 30 days from the item ship date. Because each ring is made specific to each customer as it is purchased, we do not have these rings in an inventory that would allow us to trade out the ring with a new one. Because of this, there is a $25 replacement/exchange fee to have a new ring made. This helps cover the cost of making a new ring and the cost of shipping the ring back out to the customer via USPS Priority Mail. If the reason a new ring must be made is because the original ring was defective, there will be no charge for a replacement. For the reasons mentioned above, we cannot accept returns. Metal Eternity retains the right to refuse any exchange if we feel the policy is being abused.
