NATIONAL GEOGRAPHIC SOCIETY NEWS BULLETINS, LOT OF 13 DIFFERENT ISSUES FROM 1925 TO 1944

The Geographic News Bulletins were published weekly throughout the school year (thirty issues), and \"will be mailed to teachers in the United States and its possessions for one year\" upon receipt of a small fee.

Usually containing 4 or 5 short news articles covering interesting topics related to geography and humanities.

Somewhere around 1944 the name of the \"News Bulletins\" changed to \"School Bulletins.\"

The bulletins unfold vertically and usually contain 10-12 pages of text with black and white photographs. Single staple at the top in the middle of the fold. Some staples are rusty.

One issue has smudges on the cover as seen in the photographs (November 16, 1925).

Earliest issue is October 19, 1925. Latest issue is January 10, 1944.

These earlier school bulletins are not the same size as the ones published in the 60\'s through the 70\'s. These older ones measure about 6 x 9 1/2inches.

Overall condition of this lot is Fine Complete (Smith\'s criteria).
