MOCCASINS AND GAUNTLETSNATIVE AMERICAN, SHOSHONE, END OF THE TRAIL, HAND BEADED, MOOSE HIDE

These beautifullyhand made and hand beaded moccasins and matching gauntlets weremade on the Shoshone Reservation in Idaho.

They are wellstitched and well beaded onto thick, soft Moose Hide.

The Moccasins measure 11\" from toe to heel and 4\" across the ball of the foot.

The sole is the same soft hide that the top is made from. The seams all have welts, which protects the stitching. Moccasins with welt seams represent the finest in Native American craftsmanship.

The Gauntlets are Medium/Large

Individual Maker is not known, but they were purchased from the Fort Hall Reservation in Idaho.

These moccasins & gauntletsare durable and beautiful and would make a fine addition to a Plains Indian Collection, as well as being wonderful to wear!
