An estate find, this nativity scene features child-like images of Mary and Joseph, with a small lamb. There is a trio of angels on a rotating disk, which is how the music box is wound. The spin around when the music (Silent Night) is playing.The entire piece is glazed in a tan color, with gold highlights.The only marking I can find is on the music box, which is Sankyo of Japan.The base of the music box is approximately 7 1/8 inch in diameter. To the top of the stable, the piece measures approximately 7 inches high.There are no chips, no cracks, no crazing on this piece.
