It has been tested to make sure it works, and is set for a one-way bulb. The wood is about 18” x 14.5\" x 8.5”. It is signed on the bottom by Ray A. Jones and dated 1981. It has a .75” chip on one spot of wood sticking out about 6” above where the cord comes out. Besides that, it looks great.
