Here’s my guarantee… If, for any reason, your item arrives broken or turns out to be different than what was described or pictured in my listing, I’m going to get your purchase price back to you. My most important asset is my positive response. If it is broken and insurance is applicable, you and I use that avenue to get the money back to you. If no insurance, you must send the item back or, at my option, provide me with a photo of the breakage. Also, even though you have 14 days to return the item, I need to be notified of the breakage or other problem with the item within 3 calendar days after you receive it. Fair enough?
The Payment
Payment for winning sale buyers is due within 3 calendar days of sale close.Payment due immediately for Buy it Now buyers.I accept ONLY PayPal. By so doing I can ship right away.
Please know that I have no patience with those who offer, knowing when the sale ends, and then take a long time to pay. With PayPal, payment can be made on holidays, 3 o’clock in the morning or on a coffee break. I do promise to file an unpaid item case and report those folks and leave appropriate response. I hope you will do the same to these kinds of buyers.
Shipping
Local Pickup is ALWAYS an option on larger items to save shipping fees. I ship via the least expensive method available. Most often that means using USPS. I try to ship next day but always within 3 business days. If you wish to get the item sooner just pay the difference in cost of shipping and I will be happy to accommodate.
