From the rug documentation

Burntwater is located in Central Arizona, close to the New Mexico/Arizona Border.  A spark of new life was regenerated in 1974 with the introduction and acceptance of the Burntwater regional style rug.  Traders were still predicting the demise of the craft before the beginning of the new century.  However, in the past twenty years, resurgence has taken place that has production dramatically increased, artistic quality at an all time high and prices soaring.  The wide selection of yarns, including pastel shades, provides the weaver with an unlimited palate of diversity that allows them to expand in fashioning elaborately designed rugs of excellent quality.  The modern Burntwater rug has exploded into a pastel rainbow of color usage.

The Yeibichei depicts the ceremonial dancers, however there is no evidence that it is woven with ceremonial intent.  It is primarily woven in the Shiprock area close to Farmington, NM.  The Yeibichei is usually a bordered rug that illustrates Navajo dancers in profile impersonating Yei figures.  The Yei was developed around the World War I period from stylized sand paintings.  It has colorful religious figures but has no religious significance.
