Navy / Royal Air Force Wings, Sweetheart Badge / Pin, 2nd World War, as outlined below :

Type : Sweetheart Badge.

Date : C 1940\'s.

Maker : Unknown.

Material : Clear Moulded Plastic with a small metal badge in the centre. Reverse wings are sprayed with gold paint.

Size : Wing tip to wing tip : 8cm. Height : 1.5cm at widest point.

Condition : Fine Plus Collectable condition : Obverse : Metal badge is in an uncleaned condition with light green verdi and light dirt.Some light scratches and marks seen when reflected into the light. Right wing edge has two small clear spaces. This is the result of the gold paint on the reverse having been damaged. Reverse : Nothing Major. Please see obverse condition above.Fixing : Very small safety pin which is in place and in working order.
