ITEM DESCRIPTION
Offered here is a near mint and fully functioning mid 1960\'s Jaeger LeCoultre *528-6* Atmos Round Dial Mantel Clock, serial number 210,472. *Note: Any reflections you see on the finish are just background and sun reflections and not wear. The mint 15 jewel Jaeger LeCoultre signed movement (528) has just been fully disassembled & cleaned, adjusted and timed by me and is working very accurately, keeping great time. The bellows (dated \'65) has just been checked and is in perfect working order. The round LeCoultre Swiss signed white painted dial, which has applied gold markers & numerals, is in mint condition as are the original gold hands. The rear bellows housing is in mint condition with no scratches, spotting, damage or cracks. The original 24k gold plated finish on the exterior is in fantastic condition with no plating wear, notable scratches or damage whatsoever. There are no stress cracks on the base. All of the glass panels are clean with no chipping or scratches and the entire top, which is secured by two side pins, comes on and off without any problems. The important leveling bubble in the front base is fine and functions properly. I\'ve owned, restored and have sold quite a few of these beautiful Atmos clocks and this a near mint round dialed example that anyone would be proud to display in their home.
