This is an original Civil War era photo album with a Civil War officer and others that are mostly identified. The album measures 6\" by 5\" by 2\" and contains 37 photos with 35 of them are CDV\'s and 2 are tintypes. There is one Civil War Office that is identified as \"W. J. Hargrove\". Many of the images have written id\'s under the images along with the index that shows their names. This album has some damage with it in 2 pieces and the spine torn off but tucked inside the pages. I have not removed any of the photos but there is a page that is damaged and the photos that are in them have Indiana photographer\'s backmarks. Even though the album is not perfect, it has excellent images of the Civil War era. Sorry I could not give you photos of the all the images within.
