Intricate carving on this 2 5/16\" long nephrite pendant which is a translucent green yellow color with tints of russet.It weighs 29 gr and is about 7/8\" wide and 1/2\" thick at the head area which has two carefully carved pop-out eyes.It is strung on a moss green 2mm satin rattail cord which is decorated 11 wood beads and three jadeite rondelles at the nose end.The sliding knots at the neck end are adjustable adding 9\" of expansion and are tied triple turns for stability and durability.I have had so many sliding knots fall apart I decided to make my own.
