You may know your head size already or you may not, we have put together this conversion chart in order for you to check your head size in centimetres or inches and then to check which cap size you should purchase. In order to measure your head hold the start of a tape measure against your forehead, run the tape around your head back to your forehead. Make a note of where the start of the tape measure meets the tape and this is the size of your head.

We only sell brand new and genuine Caps. However, if for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, we will be happy to offer you a no quibbles 60 day exchange or refund. Please note that all items MUST be in perfect condition with original tags (if any) and stickers.

In the unlikely event that there is a fault with the cap or if we have sent the wrong size or colour or if an exchange is required we will reimburse you with the cost of 2nd class postage via PayPal upon receipt of your proof of postage (postage refunds for exchanges apply to UK orders only, European and Worldwide exchanges may require additional postage payments).

If you require an exchange or refund, please return the cap to the following address, including your name, the transaction ID, the reason you’re returning the item and, if you require an exchange, the details of the new cap you require.

Delivery Details

We post within 1 working day of receiving your order.

We offer FREE standard delivery post, Next Working Day delivery and International signed for post. Somebody will have to be in to take the order and sign for its delivery. If you miss the delivery then Royal mail usually take the order to the nearest postal depot and will leave a note informing you when you can pick it up or ask for it to be re-sent.

Your items will usually arrive within 2-3 working days for FREE standard delivery post and 1 working day for Next Working Day deliveries (orders usually need to be placed before 1pm).
