There are two mounting brackets attached with two holes each.
Screws or bolts with nuts for mounting are not included.The tool will cut stems of fresh flowers in bunches.
Keep the bunch stems close to the pivot arm hinge point and pull down on the handle. The blade moves as it cuts.
