Most all items are shipped FedEx,USPS or with an LTL truck carrier to the lower 48 states only.Items will ship the same day or the next business day the payment arrives. Some radiators and charge air coolers need to be shipped to a Non-Residential commercial business address via truck freight and will need to include a business name and phone number.
LTL truck freight will not ship to any property that is zoned residential or have a house on the property.
All new products purchased from Radiators-R-Us carry a minimum of (1) one-year, unlimited mile warranty for manufacture defects. Some products and vendors offer an extended warranty, which is reflected in the product information. Radiators-R-Us reserves the right to determine whether the item that falls within the warranty period is to be replaced or refunded. In some instances, an original invoice and vehicle service records may be required to process the return with the manufacturer. The CUSTOMER is responsible for paying return shipping charges on Warranty items. In the event of product failure, the customer may be required to pay for any replacement items and will be credited once the return item has been received and inspected by us.
