Style A (steel belt)
Components: 200mm Holder 2PCS, Middle beam 2pcs, base 2pcs, Steel belt with fitting 2pcs, rubber sleeve 2pcs, bolt and nuts:(8×20mm) 8sets,(10×20mm) 4sets,(8×40mm) 4sets.
1. Assembly the 2 holder and middle beams first(mind and adjust the length), using (8×20mm) bolt and nut, then use (10×20mm)ones to fix the base underneath.
2. Fix one end of the steel belt onto the hole of holder or middle beam, with bolt and nut (8×40mm or 8×20mm).
3. Place the whole brackets at a suitable position of car floor, let the side which has fixed with steel belt yet face inside.
4. Entangle the rubber sleeve onto the body of CNG cylinder, lay cylinder on bracket, mind the rubber sleeve and adjust. Then let the other end of steel belt go cross of fitting hole, chose the right hole position on steel belt and bend it inside, then fix it to brackets with bolt and nut (8×40mm).
Style B (Steel belt)
Components: 200mm Holder 2PCS, Middle beam 2pcs, base 2pcs, Steel belt with fitting 2pcs, rubber sleeve 2pcs, bolt and nuts:(8×20mm) 8sets, (8×40mm) 4sets.
1. Assembly the 2 holder and middle beams first(mind and adjust the length), using (8×20mm) bolt and nut. The fix one end of the steel belt to one side of the holder with (8×40mm or 8×20mm), in the opposite side fix the bolt with nut onto holder from underneath to above.
2. The installation afterwards is same as style A.
Style C (Steel belt)
Components: 200mm holder 1pcs, 125mmholder 1pcs,middle beam, junction plate 1pcs, steel belt with fitting 2pcs each, rubber sleeve, bolt and nut (8×20mm) 6sets, (8×40mm) 4sets.
1. Place 200mm holder on the left, 125mm holder on the right. Please middle beam at inside position, fixed with bolt (8×20mm), then fix junction plate to left 200 holder.
2. Fix one end of steel belt to holder, rubber sleeve on cylinder should be in the same line of steel belt (rubber sleeve serve as protector between steel belt and cylinder).
3. The installation afterwards is same as style A.
Style A (Ratchet belt)
Components: 200mm Holder 2PCS, Middle beam 2pcs, base 2pcs, Ratchet belt 2pcs, rubber sleeve 2pcs, rubber strip, bolt and nuts: (8×20mm) 8sets,(10×20mm)4sets.
1. Assembly the 2 holder and middle beams first(mind and adjust the length), using (8×20mm) bolt and nut. then use(10×20mm)ones to fix the base underneath. Place rubber strip under the circle arc of holder, with two ends going across the Strip-shaped holes on holder. Then use Ratchet belt, go across the Strip-shaped holes (note: Ratchet belt must be under the rubber strip).
2. Place the whole brackets at a suitable position of car floor.
3. Entangle the rubber sleeve onto the body of gas cylinder, lay cylinder on bracket, rubber sleeve on cylinder should be in the same line of Ratchet belt (rubber sleeve serve as protector between Ratchet belt and cylinder).
4. Ratchet belt wrap the gas cylinder, go across the strip-shaped holes on ratchet belt, then tighten and fix it.
Installation of other safety brackets with Ratchet belt is same as above.
