HANUKKAH MENORAH - One of a Kind Optic Crystal Dichroic Glass Sculpture created by glass artist Ray Lapsys

Ray created a vibrantly colorful, expertly composed construction of a Hanukkah Menorah in crystal. It combines hand-carved, hand-engraved crystal with dichroic glass into compositions reminiscent of an abstract expression of Star of David.

He has developed a unique personal style through more than 40 years of exploration with glass and the elements of his craft. The geometric complexity of his glass constructions are striking for numerous reasons - the art glass sculpture is carefully crafted, intricately engraved and finely polished, and accurately positioned for optimum reflection and refraction. Every angle you view the crystal sculpture, it will show a different pattern of colors and light reflections. These photos show only an approximation of what you will see in your surroundings.

The sculpture responds to light extremely well, and even if placed near a window without additional light, it will radiate colors in varying intensities.

The candlecups are solid brass .5\" high

It measures 10.75 wide, 4\" high, 2.75\"deep, signed and dated by the artist.
