We ship within 2 business days. Items purchased on Friday may not be mailed until Monday morning. We ship all purchases with USPS, tracking included in the service, First class or Priority mail, depending on the item’s weight. The tracking number will automatically upload to your Order Details page once we print out the shipping label.

All items come from our smoke-free home. We do have a short-haired dog in our home, but he doesn’t come in contact with the items we sell. All items are kept in closed plastic boxes.
