Our office opening hours are Mon-Fri 8.00am-5pm.(Excluding weekends and Bank Holidays). We aim to respond to all queries within 24 hours (1 Working Day), however most queries will be responded to quicker than this.
ShippingWe post every working day from Monday to Friday. Your order will be dispatched after payment is cleared by PayPal and submitted to our accounts, cheques takes up to 5-7days to be cleared and your order will be dispatched after clearing. Orders paid before 11:00am will be dispatched the same day, all other orders will be dispatched by the end of the following day. We keep proof of posting for all orders and all UK domestic orders are �Royal Mail Tracked�.
Orders placed after 11:00am on a Friday will be dispatched the following Monday. We use Royal Mail Tracked service as our standard postage service unless otherwise stated. Our orders are generally delivered within 48 hours from dispatch; however it can take up to 3 days based on your location, service coverage, weather conditions and public holidays.
We combine and offer postage discounts on qualified multiple items in your basket during checkout.
All our orders are sent by the Royal Mail Tracked delivery service. Once your parcel is dispatched, you\'ll be notified by email containing your unique tracking number. You can track your parcel at any time using the Royal Mail Track & Trace. If in any case, your parcel is delayed or not delivered; your local postman will leave you a calling card, with a telephone number and the address of your local sorting office. You can contact and arrange a re-delivery for a more convenient time. The parcel will be kept there for 14 days prior to being sent to us back. Unfortunately, you\'ll have to pay original delivery charges for us to arrange a re-delivery once the parcel is received back in our Mail First Class Signed For. This service is provided Free of charge to light weight items (like some leggings). Your items will usually arrive within 2 working days if ordered before 11:00pm. If ordered after it can take up to 3 working days.

We can only deliver at your registered address on your account verified by PayPal at the time of order. Please ensure this address reflects your choice of delivery location. We are unable to change delivery address details once checkout is complete.
We cannot guarantee delivery times as the times stated are only approximate. If you would like a refund this will be excluding the delivery charge.

How do I return an item?
UK customers - If your item(s) are unsuitable don\'t worry, we offer a 14 day returns policy.
Repack the item in its original packaging.
Add a note inside with the reasons for return. E.g. you could write the product name, and next to it, Unsuitable, small fit etc.
Return the package by using the Post Office counters and obtain a certificate of posting from the Post Office.
Keep your Certificate of Postage safe, as you will need this as your proof of return.
Items must be returned, unworn, in a saleable condition* in their original box in a secure outer packaging, such as a consignment bag or outer box, within 14 days of purchase.
Please initiate your return via the automated returns process through your \"My \" account.
We will contact you once we have received and processed your refund. Please note that delivery charges will not be refunded unless goods are faulty or the wrong item has been shipped. Refunds can only be made to the same Paypal ID that issued the original payment. If your item included free shipping then, the full amount will be refunded for any reason.
A refund will be issued within 3-5 working days of receipt of the returned item. We kindly ask you to wait at least 5 working days from date of sending before contacting us regarding the status of your refund.
All goods returned as faulty will be inspected for a manufacturing defect. If we deem the item to be faulty a full credit will be issued, including an additional refund through Paypal for return postage. This process can take up to five working days from receipt of return.
When returning goods, please use a signed-for or registered service from the Post Office for your own safety. We are unable to accept a proof of purchase receipt, as this is not proof of delivery.
We are not able to accept returns of pierced Jewellery or selected lingerie. All items should be unworn with original tags still attached.
