Here is a vintage New York Central Railroad folding canvas water bucket for fighting fires. It\'s about 11.5 inches in diameter across the top, 9+ inches tall, 16 inches tall including the handle. It\'s in very good shape, a few marks as it comes from an estate and we did not clean it at all. No holes, no damage, just some smudges. Marked \"N.Y.C.R.R.\" on the bottom. The canvas is a sandy brown, there is a metal rim on the base and a metal rim on top. There is a metal top with a wooden handle. The NYCRR ended in 1967, and became a part of Penn Central. This is a great old relic, from the days before fire extinguishers.
